March 27th, Wednesday Activity

This Wednesday we will be doing Roadshow Practice! We had a great planning/brainstorm meeting a while back and we've got some good ideas to move forward with. So come be a part and maybe encourage someone to come with you; this is meant to be a ward-building activity! Also, for any Laurel who won't be going, Sister Jurgens will be working with you to get things ready for the Personal Progress Fair, so your attendance is still needed. :)

Sunday Lesson Challenge from 3/17/13

We talked about how the Atonement can help me through trials a week ago and the challenge was to read this talk from Elder Bednar: The Atonement and the Journey of Mortality. It is a really great talk that sends to to the scriptures to learn about how other people have had to use the Atonement in their lives.

January Joint Activity - Trust

Our joint activity was on trusting on one another to see us through the. Trials that may stand in our way. We need to be there for each other, help each other and love each other in order to be successful in life.

Happy Birthday Cheyenne!

So I thought I had this scheduled to post on your birthday, but I guess I'm not good at that yet. Soooo...
Happy 18th Birthday Cheyenne! We're so glad you spent this time with us in Young Womens. We're looking forward to hearing about all your adventures this coming fall and grateful you want to stay with us until then! We love you so much!

March 17th, Sunday (and also St Patricks Day!)

On Sunday March 17th, there will be BYC at 6pm and a Fireside on Genealogy at 7pm.

March 10th, Sunday Young Womens Lesson

Sister Clayton taught her family home evening lesson about the same thing the Sunday lesson was on - grace. She really enjoyed this talk by Brad Wilcox called "His Grace is Sufficient" and want to share it with you. Enjoy!

April 17th Wednesday Activity- Personal Progress Fair!

We will be having a combined wards Young Women Personal Progress Fair on March 20th at 7pm in the cultural hall. This will be a great chance to work on Personal Progress! We'll be showing you which experiences you can do ( and COMPLETE) that night! Bring your Personal Progress book, journal, and your For Strength of Youth and True to the Faith booklets if you have them. Refreshments served.

March 13th, Wednesday- Enjoy your Spring Break!

We don't have regular YW scheduled for this week. There will be a little get-together Road Show meeting at the Adam's house Wednesday night though.
